I am a Senior Cloud & DevOps Support Engineer with over 5 years of hands-on experience supporting large-scale Linux hosting environments and cloud infrastructure in production. I have worked extensively with AWS-based systems, Linux servers (Ubuntu, Debian, CentOS), and full web hosting stacks, including Apache, NGINX, MySQL, PHP-FPM, DNS, SSL, and SMTP. My work has involved complex server migrations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting high-traffic production environments.
My background includes managing and monitoring 100+ production servers, ensuring 99.9% uptime, and providing 24/7 operational support while maintaining strong SLA compliance. I have handled critical P1 and P2 incidents, performed detailed root cause analysis, and implemented long-term fixes to prevent recurrence.
